What will happen if the items I ordered are out of stock?

Our Answer

We will notify you by e-mail and will send you the missing items as soon as they are available. If the items will not be available for a long time, you can choose to have store credit for future use or replace your order with another item of equal or lesser value. Refunds of the out of stock product are only available for clients using Paypal.

In case the payment was pay through credit card, Airsoft Armory's credit card processer, Paydollar, will start a refund process which will takes at least 1 month to complete.

Do you guarantee delivery?

Our Answer

We offer 100% Guaranteed delivery against customs seizure, and it applies to most countries and most states in the US. For countries or some US states where airsoft is prohibited, guaranteed delivery does not apply. Additionally, when ordering from Airsoft Armory, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that shipment lost due to courier's fault is not our responsibility.

Taxes, import duties and VAT's are NOT included in our price. We shall not be held responsible for any taxes, import duties and VAT's. Customers are required to pay for any taxes, import duties or VAT's incurred.

Why was my gun's muzzle painted orange and why were my gun's trademarks removed?

Our Answer

In some countries, like USA, it is required by customs regulations that the tip of the barrel of airsoft guns must be painted with a bright orange color. Also, all non-licensed trademarks have to be removed from all airsoft guns for copyright reasons. We will apply the above changes for you at no cost. However, if you refuse to have the legal changes applied, we will not guarantee delivery and will not give any refunds if the items are seized.

Import Duties and Taxes: The parties agree that payment of any taxes levied on Products and Services shall be the Buyer's responsibility (including, without limitation, federal, state, local, use or similar taxes), and Buyer shall report and pay such taxes to the appropriate taxing authority as required by law. 6. Any partial payment will not be refunded and Products and Services are delivered only when Seller received complete payment from Buyer. 8. Arbitration: All disputes arising in connection with this contract shall be settled by Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The arbitration shall be held in HKIAC and in accordance with Hong Kong Law of Arbitration. 9. Refund Policy: Any Products & Service delivered to Buyer by Seller are non-refundable, non-exchangeable or non-replaceable. In case of product out of stock, only the amount of the particular out of stock product can be refunded to the buyer by the seller. If seller agrees to refund, only 85% of the payment can be refund to the buyer. 15% of the payment will be used to cover seller’s lost, handling fee and administration fees. In case the payment was pay through credit card, Airsoft Armory credit card processer, paydollar, will start a refund process which will takes at least 1 month to complete.

How much is shipping and handling to my address?

There is no handling fee for any airsoft in our store. Shipping cost can be calculated instantly at Airsoft Armory and it depends on your selected shipping method, total weight of item(s) chosen, and the destination country/region you have selected. For examples, shipping cost for a Tokyo Marui AUG with weight of 3.5kg by express shipping to USA is US$62.7, by airmail is US$50.8, by surface mail is US$33.5. Please use our shopping cart to find out the shipping cost of item(s) you have selected in no time!

Do you ship to Philippines, Australia, Canada, Indonesia and other areas where airsoft is prohibited?

Our Answer

We can ship to anywhere in the world. For areas where airsoft is illegal we will not be able to guarantee product delivery as customs might seizure the airsoft guns, however, we do have customers from those countries/regions. Although airsoft gun is illegal, on status law, airsoft parts are not. Some customers requires special dissemble service to dissemble the airsoft guns into parts. We have even dissembled a whole AEG for shipping. However, we will not guarantee delivery and we shall not be held responsible for any customs seizures/confiscation. In the event of customs seizure, No refunds will be available.

It has been a long time and I still haven't received my items. What can I do?

Our Answer

First of all, please check the status of your order online first. Sometimes, your order will be on hold for various reasons. If the goods are already shipped, we will give you a tracking number for tracking your goods via worldwide express if your shipping method supports it. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the shipping carrier's website. If you order by airmail/ground mail, you can ask us to contact the postal service or do it by yourself using the REG / Parcel number assigned to your parcel

Will I got gun box /case if I use disassemble service plus several shipment?

We will only send the airsoft out. You will need to tell us if you want box, gun case, bbs, and cleaning tool (if any). Manuel will be scanned and email to you.

What kind of BB should be use on my gun?

Our Answer

Light weight BB, <=0.2g, should be employed in pistols, SMG, shot gun, grenades and short AEG for better short range velocity. Medium weight BB, >0.2g and <=0.3g, should be employed for long AEG for better grouping at long range situation. Heavy weight BB, >0.3g, should be used for sniper rifle for extreme stability.

What difference does the weight of the bb make?

Our Answer

Light weight BB travel faster initially but will lose velocity quickly, if you are looking for quick reaction time in short range, or CQB situations, chose light weight BB. We recommend <= 0.2g BB for CQB suitation. Heavy weight BB travel slower but it will absorb more energy from the airsoft gun and will not lose velocity as quickly as light weight BB, so it is better choice in plinking and medium range games. We recommend < 0.3g BB for long range games or sniping.

Orange Barrel Tip and Trademark Removal For United States Customer

All airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/2 to 3/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colour in blaze orange. All non-licensed trademarks have to be removed from all airsoft guns for copyright reasons.
